We’ve gathered the most common questions about our Las Vegas wedding chapel, from packages and pricing to wedding planning services and coordination details. The deposit is $100 to hold a date and time for wedding packages of $400 or less. For packages over $400 the deposit is 25% of the package price and is non-refundable but is transferable to a different date and time for up to one year. The balance is due and is non-refundable 15 days prior to the wedding date.

Officiant Fee of $60 minimum

Photographer Gratuity is suggested at $40 ($80-$120 suggested for off-site photo shoots)

A surcharge of 19% will be added to all balances due. The surcharge includes tips, gratuities, filing & recording fees, permits, coordination & supervision fees, clean-up/set-up costs, duplication & copy fees, applicable taxes (including but not limited to payroll, property, employment, fuel & communication taxes), commissions & bonuses, credit card & bank fees, licensing fees, etc.

Simply go to monbelami.com and click on the “live feed” link at the top of the homepage. This is just live footage and is not available after the ceremony is over. It starts right before the ceremony starts and ends directly afterwards. It is available in the chapel and gazebo.

If you have a video as part of your wedding package the video will be emailed to you after the ceremony and you can share with family and friends. 

Photos included in the wedding packages are candid photos from the ceremony unless otherwise stated. We do have many packages that also have posed photography included and options to pre purchase a posed photography package.

The ceremony is about 7-10 minutes long. This time varies depending on the package.

You can write your own vows and do them in addition to the officiant’s vows or in lieu of. Additional fees will apply for clients with custom reading or custom ceremony request. Custom ceremonies  must remain within a 15 minute time frame.

You can have your own officiant however they must be certified to file the documents in the State of Nevada. The surcharge for using your own clergy is $30. If they are not legally able to file then the $60 fee will still apply and the chapel officiant will then file the documents.

You are more than welcome to choose your own music, please email the names of the songs to your coordinator.  If not, traditional music will be played.

Yes, during the ceremony guest photography is permitted with cell phones but we do ask that guests remain seated at all times as to not interfere with the quality of the photography and videography provided in your wedding package. Guest photography is not permitted on the chapel grounds before or after the ceremony unless a posed photography package in included in the package or has been pre-purchased.

Yes, the charge to bring your own photographer is $250 and this is in lieu of any photos provided in the wedding package.

There is no charge for the couple getting married to bring in their own flowers. However, it is in lieu of the package flowers provided. There is no discount on the package price if you choose to bring your own flowers. There is also a nominal fee if bringing in flowers for bridal party or any special guests. If you have a bridal party please notify the chapel in advance.

The chapel seats 40-50. The outdoor gazebo can seat up to 40.

Unfortunately, due to time constraints we do not permit additional décor in the venues.

Bubbles are permitted outdoor, however rice, confetti, streamers etc are not permitted on the chapel grounds indoor or outdoor.

Unfortunately, due to the amount of weddings there is no formal rehearsal however a wedding host is provided the day of your wedding to organize everyone and explain the process.

There is street parking on both sides of Bonneville and behind our chapel on 6th St. Our front parking lot is reserved for limo parking/drop offs. The front lot is also used for handicap access.

We ask that your guests arrive no sooner than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled wedding time. After the ceremony and group photography is finished, your guests are more than welcome to meet you at your next destination.

We ask that you arrive no sooner than 15 minutes prior and plan on being at the chapel for approximately 1 hour total. If the couple is arriving separately as to not see each other before the ceremony, this can be accommodated.

Unfortunately, the wedding will have to be rescheduled to the next available time if more than 15 minutes late from the scheduled wedding time. Any guests arriving late will be escorted into the ceremony at an appropriate time. The start of the ceremony cannot be delayed for any late guests.

A complimentary 6 passenger limousine is included with the purchase of the $200 upgrade. This includes round trip transportation to and from the wedding. Transportation to the marriage license bureau is not included.

If using the chapel transportation, the pick up is normally 30 minutes before your scheduled wedding time. Due to hotel restrictions we are not permitted to wait loner than 10 minutes after your scheduled pick up time and alternate transportation will have to be arranged.

Transportation can pick up from any strip/downtown hotel. There are a few properties off the strip that are still within the boundaries. If you need to be dropped at a different location then the pickup, please let the driver know.  Unfortunately, the limo cannot pick up from residential areas.

The chapel limo seats 6 passengers. Additional or larger limos can be ordered through an alternate company. Please ask your coordinator for pricing/details.

If you have an outdoor venue booked and it is raining the ceremony will be moved indoor. If it is windy or excessively hot/cold you will be asked upon check in if you would like to move indoor.

For a legal wedding you must obtain a marriage license/certificate from the State of Nevada. This must be present at the time of the wedding. It is not legal to bring in a marriage license from another State.

  1. Obtain a Certified Copy your marriage certificate
  2. Complete and print out the Apostille/Certification Order Form. Any request for an apostille must be accompanied with this Apostille Order Form.
  3. Submit the certificate document and order form to:

       101 North Carson St., Suite 3
       Carson City, NV. 89701
    along with a money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card number and expiration date, in the 
    amount of the service you are requesting in U.S. currency for each certification required. In addition, it is necessary to provide an email address, a return address or self-addressed,  envelope AND the name of the country in which the Apostille/Certification will be used.
