Additional Fees at Mon Bel Ami Wedding Chapel – What to Know
When planning your wedding at Mon Bel Ami Wedding Chapel, it’s helpful to understand any additional fees that may apply so you can budget with confidence. Our wedding packages are designed to be affordable and transparent, but certain service charges and optional upgrades are not included in the base price.
Surcharge:
A surcharge of 19% will be added to all balances due. The surcharge includes tips, gratuities, filing & recording fees, permits, coordination & supervision fees, clean-up/set-up costs, duplication & copy fees, applicable taxes (including but not limited to payroll, property, employment, fuel & communication taxes), commissions & bonuses, credit card & bank fees, licensing fees, etc.
In addition, a $60 Minister/Officiant Fee will be added to all Wedding and Vow Renewal Packages. This is separate from, and in addition to, the cost of your package and will automatically be added into package costs.
Rescheduling:
Mon Bel Ami offers one complimentary reschedule, as the request is made before your final balance is due.
Additional schedule changes will cost $100. Should you choose to indefinitely postpone, your payments will be applicable to your new ceremony date for one year from the date you made the initial reservation.
Cancellations:
Mon Bel Ami has a non-refundable policy on all payments made. Cancellations made 14 days before your ceremony will be transferable; see rescheduling details above. Cancellations made within 14 days of your ceremony are non-refundable and non-transferable as expenses paid will go towards the cost of your event preparations. This also applies to drive thru, experiences, outdoor ceremonies and reception packages.

Late Arrivals:
Late arrivals will be rescheduled with the applicable fee. In the event of a reschedule, we will do our best, but cannot guarantee the same venue or date.
Gratuities:
You are welcome and encouraged to provide an additional donation or gratuity on the day of services. This additional donation/gratuity can be given directly to your Minister/Officiant, Photographer, Limo Driver, OR be added to your Wedding costs, corresponding with the services received.
While not required, the following guidelines as provided for your convenience.
Suggested Gratuities:
Limo Driver: $30-$40
Minister/Officiant: $40-$60
Photographer: $20-$40
Offsite Photography Shoot: $80+
