We’ve gathered the most common questions about our Las Vegas wedding chapel, from packages and pricing to wedding planning services and coordination details. Whether you’re curious about booking, décor options, or optional upgrades, this Mon Bel Ami Wedding Chapel FAQ provides clear answers so you can plan your perfect day with confidence.

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your wedding date and time for all wedding packages. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a different date and time for up to one year.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding date and is non-refundable.

A $60 Officiant/Minister Fee is added to all wedding packages.

A 19% surcharge is also added to all balances due. This surcharge covers applicable service, coordination, operational, administrative, payment-processing, permit, and tax-related costs.

Optional day-of gratuities are not included. A $40–$60 gratuity for the Officiant/Minister and $30–$40 total gratuity for the limousine driver are suggested when applicable.

The livestream begins shortly before the ceremony and ends immediately afterward. It is live viewing only and is not available to watch later.

Livestreaming is available for ceremonies in both the Traditional Chapel and Wedding Garden.

If your wedding package includes a professional ceremony video, the video will be emailed to you after the ceremony.

Once you receive it, you can easily share the video with family and friends so they can watch your ceremony afterward.

Photos included in the wedding packages are candid photos from the ceremony unless otherwise stated. We do have many packages that also have posed photography included and options to pre purchase a posed photography package.

The ceremony is about 7-10 minutes long. This time varies depending on the package.

Yes! You are welcome to write your own personal vows and say them in addition to the officiant’s vows or in place of them.

Each person’s personal vows must be 1 minute or less to keep the ceremony within the scheduled time.

You are welcome to bring your own officiant. However, our filing department will still handle the recording of your legal documents. There is a $40 surcharge for using outside clergy, in addition to the standard $60 minister fee.

Yes! You are welcome to choose your own ceremony music for an additional $30 personal music fee.

Please email your song selections to your wedding coordinator in advance. All music selections must be available on Apple Music.

We are unable to play music from YouTube links or custom MP3 files.

If you do not select personal music, traditional wedding music will be played.

Yes. Guests may take photos and videos during the ceremony using cell phones, but they must remain seated at all times so they do not interfere with the professional photography or videography.

Guest photography is not permitted on the chapel grounds before or after the ceremony.

Yes, this applies as long as you choose a package that includes all of your photos, with packages starting at $999 and up.

There is no charge for the couple to bring their own flowers. However, outside flowers will be in place of any floral included in your wedding package, and no discount will be given for unused package flowers.

If you plan to bring additional flowers for your wedding party or special guests, additional fees may apply. Please let your wedding coordinator know in advance if you will be bringing outside floral.

Our Traditional Chapel can accommodate up to 40 guests, and our Wedding Garden can accommodate up to 35 guests.

 
 
 

Unfortunately, due to scheduling and setup time between ceremonies, outside decorations are not permitted in the Traditional Chapel or Wedding Garden.

Bubbles are permitted outdoor, however rice, confetti, streamers etc are not permitted on the chapel grounds indoor or outdoor.

Unfortunately, due to the amount of weddings there is no formal rehearsal however a wedding host is provided the day of your wedding to organize everyone and explain the process.

There is street parking on both sides of Bonneville and behind our chapel on 6th St. Our front parking lot is reserved for limo parking/drop offs. The front lot is also used for handicap access.

We ask that your guests arrive no sooner than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled wedding time. After the ceremony and group photography is finished, your guests are more than welcome to meet you at your next destination.

Please arrive 45 minutes before your ceremony time. From arrival through the ceremony and any included photos, plan to be at the chapel for approximately 1½ hours total.

Please make every effort to arrive on time, as weddings are scheduled throughout the day and we are unable to delay other ceremonies.

If you arrive late, your ceremony may need to be rescheduled, and a $100 rescheduling fee may apply. The same ceremony time, venue, or even date cannot be guaranteed.

Transportation is included with select wedding packages.

Packages that include courtesy limousine service provide transportation for up to 6 passengers within the approved Las Vegas Strip/Downtown service area. Transportation details must be confirmed with your wedding planner in advance.

Please note that Funky Fremont and Neon are different — transportation is provided from the hotel to Mon Bel Ami and then from the chapel to the off-site photo location. Return transportation after the photo session is not included.

If using the chapel transportation, the pick up is normally 30 minutes before your scheduled wedding time. Due to hotel restrictions we are not permitted to wait loner than 10 minutes after your scheduled pick up time and alternate transportation will have to be arranged.

Courtesy limousine service is available from most major hotels along the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown corridor, generally from the South Point Hotel through the Downtown/Fremont Street area.

Transportation is not available from residential addresses, Airbnb/VRBO properties, or locations outside the service area. Please confirm your hotel with your wedding planner in advance to make sure it qualifies for pickup.

Courtesy limousine transportation included with select packages is for up to 6 passengers.

If you need transportation for additional passengers, please let your wedding coordinator know in advance. Additional transportation is not included in the package and is subject to availability and additional cost.

If you have booked the Wedding Garden and there is rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures, we may move the ceremony indoors to the Traditional Chapel, as long as availability permits.

Our team will review the weather conditions and available ceremony space and work with you on the best option for your wedding.

For a legal wedding you must obtain a marriage license/certificate from the State of Nevada. This must be present at the time of the wedding. It is not legal to bring in a marriage license from another State.

  2. Complete and print out the Apostille/Certification Order Form. Any request for an apostille must be accompanied with this Apostille Order Form.
  3. Submit the certificate document and order form to:

       Carson City, NV. 89701
    along with a money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card number and expiration date, in the 
    amount of the service you are requesting in U.S. currency for each certification required. In addition, it is necessary to provide an email address, a return address or self-addressed,  envelope AND the name of the country in which the Apostille/Certification will be used.
